The staff here are super quick, and caring. They do the best they can with some very difficult patients. Having visited 4 times in the past 4 months, I can say it's one of the specialist clinics I trust the most. All the doctors who have seen me have taken the time to help explain what was wrong instead of just practice and drop like so many medical professionals. Maybe it was worse before, but as of March/2025, they have been absolutely wonderful.
Brutal wait times, expect to sit for 2-3 hours after your scheduled appointment time to finally see a doctor.
Been waiting for over 3 hours.... Should really inform patients when they check in how long they will actually be waiting... Now will be late for work...
I've had a few appointments here and they have never been on time or close to my appointment time. I've always been here for 2 hours or more.
Unbelievably long wait time. Sat for 2 hours in the waiting room. Over 20 patients waiting. Very poorly organized.
