This review is specifically related to my experience with the physician I saw at my October 2023, appointment. I was sent to Retina Specialists in Scottsboro for what I thought was a consultation for a possible tear in my retina. After waiting an hour past my appointment time, I finally got to see the doctor and he told me that he had to do a laser treatment RIGHT NOW. I was stunned. I had a wonderful experience with Dr Gavin Reed and his office associates. HE WAS PROFESSIONAL and personable and listened attentively to my medical history with appropriate questions and not rushing me. He gave me treatment options to select from, including me in my therapy decisions.
