The doctors are good but forget ever getting another appointment if you have to cancel. Don't believe their hours either, said open till 5 but closed by 3. Guess they don't care.
I just moved to the area and my PCP recommended this practice because of my history of eye / retina issues. Like many others, I have now placed two calls starting a few weeks ago and have yet to be contacted by scheduling. If you're too busy for new patients, just tell us.
I love doctor Sutherland and the office staff always friendly, they are extremely busy so you have to have some patience while waiting.
I really like Dr. Boss and Jeanine! This is where I go to get shots in my eyes for diabetic retinopathy. They make it a pleasant experience even though I'm terrified at the very thought everytime!!!
Unable to speak with scheduling. “They will call you back”……going on 3 weeks now with repeated follow ups on my end. Doctor canceled my appointment due to PTO, unable to reschedule without speaking to scheduling. Other reviews report the same issue.
