Absolutely the worst Customer service. if you call to schedule or reschedule you get someone from a different country that barely speaks English and then tells you to find a different Dr. If you don't like it. Im done with this shot after shot and not fixing the problem.
It took two hours for a simple appointment. They triple booked people?
Wait time is horrendous. Standing room only and they don’t have a faucet so to put contacts back in you have to go into the communal building bathroom. Someone made a follow up appt and they said they couldn’t do a certain time because they were already “triple booked”. Doesn’t matter how good a doctor is, to be waiting over an hour is ridiculous.
I was treated with kindness and respect. The doctor was very kind and informative. I would recommend this place highly.
