Great care
A horrific nightmare. Does not even deserve one star. Not enough room here to list all of the insulting behavior, the trauma, the unnecessary pain I went through. Big time AVOID. Some tidbits: Told me I should go to Cook County General as their charity case. Did not use enough numbing agent so the exam was sheer agony. Delayed sending my report to my new retina doctor for 6 hours while I waited for her to see me. Told an emergency room doctor to refuse care for me. I still shudder when I think about these monsters.
