I’ve been seeing Dr. Gandhi since 2000 concerning the residual effects of a central retinal vein occlusion. For twenty-six years I’ve been grateful for his expertise, intelligence, and generosity with time. He never rushes, always explains the situation in clear, precise terms, and consistently shares conversation about travels and advancements in ophthalmology. I feel so fortunate to have access to Dr. Ghandi’s expertise here in central Illinois.
Very exceptional staff and support.
Called to ask questions about my husbands procedure and front desk seemed annoyed and called me “hunny” in an annoyed manor when i asked follow up questions. Hung up and called Northwestern and got much better information. Canceled my appt here.
Horrible. Staff were. Nice enough but they couldn't get the equipment to work right. I severely disappointed in the doctor. He was cold compassionless and just wanted to rush me out the door. Blamed My vision problems on all my years of smoking even tho I quit. 11. Years ago ago. Didn't. Get. My health stats correct.
