Dr. Syrquin & all of his staff are professional, caring & have always been there for me in a most extraordinary way! I give them a 10 star rating for what they have done for me.
Let me start by saying the doctor was great. I think Craig or Greg something. The staff, terrible, rude, no communication, just terrible. Nobody says hi or talks to you. They laugh and chat amongst themselves but you can sit in a room or be examined and they won't say a word. Monique at the front was rude, the staff member that I paid just seemed so annoyed to be there and by everybody. I literally asked her if she was OK. So I would recommend that you go somewhere else.
Dr. Witherspoon is truly one of the greats. After a negative experience with another doctor, he has restored my respect for the profession He is killing the optometry game. When I say "killing it", I mean he's a ninja of the illest order. I can't say enough, the man is bad.
Everyone was nice until I got to check out. Monique was VERY rude and stated my financial business out loud after I tried to explain my financial issue. Also there is a portal online for me to pay and she acted as if I wasn’t going to pay once I found a job (been out of a job for months for clarification) . I was able to resolve the issue on my own since she wasn’t offering any assistance in any kind of way. I hope no one else has to deal with her attitude.other than that everyone else was GREAT.
☆☆☆☆ This Place Is a Disaster — Avoid at All Costs If I could give zero stars, I would. Our experience at the Texas Retina Institute in Arlington was an absolute joke from start to finish. My father had a 2:00 PM appointment. We showed up early at 1:15. By 2:20, all they had done was drag him back for “intake,” which took nearly 45 minutes because their equipment and/or staff were completely unreliable.
