Considering the fact that I am usually getting a shot in my eye.... my visits there are a pleasant experience. Dr Fogel and her staff are the best, they always show compassion. Highly recommend.

Was always treated with the best care and compassion as I was treated for ARMD. After I relocated Dr. Vogel directed me to a new facility .

Each time I've been here, we have waited over an hour to be seen. Right now, we have waited an hour in the waiting room and it's been another 20 minutes in the procedure room. My 86 yo mother can't sit here each time like this. We've been here since 3:30 and it's 5:10. No communication. Someone will be with you in a minute is the most info we could get. We were finally seen at 5:20 and were out by 5:30. Dr was apologetic and offered some options.

The three stars are all going to the doctors and the rest of the practice can use some improvement. It seemed the appointments are always overbooked. Even there is a "warning sign" in the lobby for a long wait, the wait is still longer than the sign indicated. Billing is interesting that there is no online payment option. I do not trust giving my payment information over the phone. So I try to stop by the office to pay my bill and realized there is no office hour.
