Dr. Rose can is very knowledgable about his field of practice. His staff were pleasant to work with. The main big issue is this office doesn't answer their phones!! If they do, you are put on hold for 6+ min..that's if that person even gets back on the phone. Three days in a row I can't get through to this office to update my insurance information because they are incorrectly invoicing me with requesting payment. I will have to go there in person to handle this. I plan on cancelling my follow up appointment because it's unac... read more
Positive: The doctor is professional and is knowledgeable . I felt comfortable in his care Negative: if you are prepared to spend approximately 2 hours waiting before even seeing the assistants then this is the office to go to. I feel that this office overbooks and has total disregard for their patients. For some reason they feel that their time is more valuable than the patients. If you are going to make us wait, the least you can do is invest in a tv for the waiting room
