I spoke to two different people on the phone and was told both times that they take my insurance. At the appointment, I was probably a third through the eye exam, they then told me that they don’t take my insurance. The staff in Arcadia are nice and it wasn’t their fault because they assumed the insurance was taken care of on the phone. Granted, they should have checked before the appointment started. The general call service for Acuity Eye Group is horrible.

Honestly had a very disappointing experience with this clinic trying to get an updated contact lens prescription and simply ordering contacts. They have ordered the wrong base curve for trials TWICE in a row. I also wasn’t informed that the appointment was telehealth only at this location so to show up and do an eye consultation virtually also makes me concerned about the quality of care. I suggest going to a real clinic!

I have been here twice before and were great but the company has declined terribly. Scheduled my wife last week for an exam and we're not told it canceled due to system upgrading. Then took her her to new appt this week and never had a call stating it was cancelled again due to employees quitting. No one to perform eye exams. Then called the call center and they took the complaint and tried to investigate it then told me to call Arcadia to complain.
