Appointment was at 2:30, I checked in at 2:00..waited and. Watched people go in after I checked in...3:30 still waiting....4:00 started to see workers leaving for the day. Last one in waiting room and finally asked if i was going be seen...she asked my name and went back to talk to the doctor came back and asked me when did I check in!!! She said I could still see the doctor or reschedule!!! No thanks! Worst office I've ever been.
Very professional and caring-Dr. Yaz repaired my detached lense in the Guilford surgical center . The results were great-the vision in my eye was totally restored. Many weeks of eye drops followed!
I have only been in the office of the Retina Group of New England 3 times for a torn retina and follow-up visits. I experienced a very smooth run practices with a wonderful, friendly staff. I found them to be very efficient and professional.
