a scheduled checkup visit was re-scheduled upon needing a quick diagnosis of an issue. staff and especially Dr Tsai are very professional and thorough, and polite and friendly as well.
Retina associates has become a joke. My appointment is today at 8:00. The receptionist couldn't check me in at 7:50 because she wasn't clocked in yet. Two other people were checked in by 8:10. I asked if they forgot about me, the receptionist said "I thought you checked her in " to another girl. Approximately 12 employees are here and all they do is talk to each other in the rooms while 3 of us sit and sit here. It's now 8:45 I've been here for almost an hour. Office and staff were excellent but when the doctor came in he said, yes you have ___disease so why are you here. I was really thrown off by that and will not see this doctor in the future. I know there is no cure for the disease I have but a little more information and support would have been nice. I could have googled more information, and I was referred to see a specialist by my regular eye doctor and that was the reason I was there. I will go back for follow-up but not with that doctor.
