Had a billing issue spoke to the front desk rep who gave printed out with additional docs on bill, she didnt attempt to resolve the discrepancy between the billing stmt and the system amt. I reviewed the print out then advised I don't need it as I have the bill. Tried to call the billing dept, no response. The front desk rep left my patient's information on the counter I advised her to remove it as she is exposing my data she stated "you left it there and smirked". All office personnel are great BUT the front desk receptionist, Michelle, is outsranfing. Very professional and makes me feel comfortable. The back office person Brandon ie is outstanding and he always smiles and makes me feel relaxed. As far as Dr LaLane goes there are not enough good worss to tell how I feel.
I am extremely pleased with this practice. Dr. Lalane Is professional And knowledgeable. Michelle and Brandon on the office staff are exceptional and handling the patients.
Great experience. I was in dire need of retina assistance . Upon calling the Retina Group of Florida and explaining my condition I was immediately advised to come to their Delray office at 3:45 pm on a Friday afternoon! Dr. LaLane attended to my torn retina through laser surgery and I left the office at 6:00 pm. The staff was wonderful and caring. It was truly an incredible experience from the doctor to the staff. I cannot say enough about the overall quality of this group.
Dr. Goldman, Brandon, Cameron, Michelle are all the best at what they do. It's intimidating to have to get a shot in your every 8 weeks but they handle it professionally and always in a comforting manner.
