Notified of an overpayment, this billing service confirmed, on multiple occasions, I have a credit balance of $245. No one in billing is capable of issuing a refund and this has been going on since 2022 for service provided in 2021. I have only good things to say about the doctor and care I received but the billing service is sub-par and needs to get its act together.
