Used to see Dr Larsen here. The parent company was too cheap to keep him on. Saw Bobby Pearlman today. Waited over an hour in the exam room. When Pearlman finally came in, he was not focused on my treatment and left the room twice to take phone calls. He appeared rushed, distracted, and non interested in my care. Quality care is expensive, but worth it. I will be reconnecting with Dr Larsen and his new private practice in Lombard.
Amazing staff and dr. Everyone is super friendly.
Everything was explained - something I didn't experience in past experiences. Thanks to everyone there!
