Worst company ever they don't understand that life events happen I had a family member pass away and my kid getting seriously ill the day of my appointments on 2 things that are out of my control, don't go here if you've had life events come up they will just dismiss you from office no or concerns. They are extremely rude don't trust them
I am pleased so far with the staff there so far. They have answered any questions to the best of their abilities. I am an ongoing patient and I am hoping that my problem is solved very soon. Thank you to everyone there for helping along my journey. 🤗
I bring my mother here for treatment approx every 5 to 6 weeks. We've always had a positive experience. Regarding the time of waiting that I've read other people complaining about, well, they do give notice before your visit that it may take 2 to 4 hours, plus there's a sign on the door when you go in, so they've warned you ahead of time. People come here from Walsenburg and Trinidad as well as all around Pueblo County. It is always crowded and my total time in and out is usually right around 2 hours. Because I have had 3 surgeries (which have be done in Colorado Springs) for a retinal detachment (I have to wonder why it ended up taking 3) I had MANY follow-ups, so I have spent way too much time in the Pueblo office.
