Extremely knowledgeable they are busy but for reason there as good as you’ll fine they will answer all questions you ask
My experience with them started off fine. After a few appointments, they had a major attitude change. Due to other serious health issues. I had to cancel and reschedule some appointments. Then, they started to lose the original friendliness. My last appointment was to be a quick appointment, but after an hour of waiting, I had to leave due to another appointment after I was told there were stiĺl 2 or 3 other patients ahead of me. Office staff and Dr Richardson are all amazing can’t recommend this place more they have saved my vision.
Rude as hell!! They will tell you it only takes 20-30 minutes after first shot but you will be there for over an hour every time. The doctor is quick with no bed side manners and barely answers any questions.
These people are so rude and very disdainful and dismissive! Wouldn't take my dog there and I will never see r go back there!
