After months of being dismissed, denied timely treatment, and left to suffer with worsening vision, I made the decision to seek care elsewhere. I am now under the care of a phenomenal retinal team in Morgantown who took my condition seriously from day one — including detailed testing, bloodwork, and a thoughtful referral to hematology to get to the root of what’s causing my vision loss. Great bunch of drs and staff very friendly that goes a long way for me
Extremely knowledgeable they are busy but for reason there as good as you’ll fine they will answer all questions you ask
My experience with them started off fine. After a few appointments, they had a major attitude change. Due to other serious health issues. I had to cancel and reschedule some appointments. Then, they started to lose the original friendliness. My last appointment was to be a quick appointment, but after an hour of waiting, I had to leave due to another appointment after I was told there were stiĺl 2 or 3 other patients ahead of me.
