I love everyone at the office. They are so pleasant so professional and they care about their patients, but sometimes they overbook. And you have to wait For a long time I wish they wouldn't book so many people at the same time.
My 8 year old son needed a follow up appointment after a laser eye procedure by a different provider, and the wonderful lady in scheduling for Retina Consultants was able to get us in during the short time frame we were given to see Dr. Margolis which was no small feat. A million thanks for that, and shame on me for being a frantic basket case and not writing down her name because I am personally in her debt. Everyone is so friendly and make my visits a pleasant experience they go out of the way to make me comfortable for my procedure.
We had such an incredible experience at this place! The staff were all so caring and went out of their way to make sure my mom and I were well taken care of.
