I've been a patient at The Woodlands clinic for ten years or so. For sure they have saved my eyesight, but recently I've had major problems with time spent in the clinic, approvals from my insurance and just total lack of communication. Last week I gave up after 2 hours waiting to see the Dr. and walked out. Now looking for alternatives. SAD!!
Literally incapable of having a doctor see a patient within 2 hours of appointment time. Failed to see a doctor within 150 minutes of appointment time on last two attempts.
I’ve been a patient at Retina Consultants of Houston for over six years. As terrifying as that first visit was thinking about eye injections, the care there has been nothing, ever, other than stellar! I receive good explanations, my questions and concerns are answered, and the team works to get approval of new better medicine.
