I had a 2:00pm appointment -I was early -1:30pm. They took me in early -after preliminary work -I was sent to the "Dark Room" according to Kane(sp) at 3:15 I left -I will not wait on a doctor for a follow up for 1 -2/3 hours - His acts were nothing but greed - I will be reporting his unprofessional behavior to his governing body -and I will seek eye care elsewhere
Everyone is very nice but the absolute worst waiting room!!! You have to sit in there for hours and most of their patients are elderly and all they have is bench seats with the worst placed pad foam bad that fits no human ergonomics!!! It is MISERABLE!!!!! I bet if these doctors had to sit in this waiting room for hours like their patients it would be changed in 24 hours!!! Do better!!!
With a new remodel the office is beautiful and meant to be relaxing, with bird chirping music and lush green landscaping. After calling their 24 hour service line late at night they were able to see me the next morning with Dr. Al-Khershan. I really liked him, he is a younger doctor but he is very smart and very thorough. He did an excellent job explaining things to me and although it was my first eye injection, I felt at ease. My first time here was amazing. Dr. C answered all my questions and gave me a solid treatment plan for my condition. Maya at the woodlands was so helpful with my transportation issues and stayed with me until it was resolved. She is truly an angel!
