Patients should know that if you want to talk to your Dr, or the Dr office, you CAN'T. Retina Consultants uses a call center. They can not help you, and they can not transfer you to the office. All they can do is take a message. My husband is overdue for his retina treatment because the medication he needs is no longer available at our pharmacy. It was my wife first interaction with Dr. Vy Nguyen after Dr. Fish retired last month. It was the most pleasant and painless experience for my wife. She did not feel any pain or discomfort before and after she received her monthly eye shot. I am glad that Dr. Fish left a best doctor behind.
