Taqueria at the front desk is very efficient as well as all of the workers in the back office for Dr. Larkin. Dr. Larkin is a caring and exceptional doctor who shows compassion and concern for her patients and always take her time to make sure I feel confident everything is okay. I would recommend this office to attest needs this type of care!
We love Dr Alkhersan everyone was friendly when I checked in my mom and throughout my entire visit however the checkout lady was not nice and needs more training in the customer service area I cannot remember her name for the life of me I believe it starts with a “P” but I could be wrong please leadership should be aware. That’s all, I’ll be back to see Dr Alkhersan hopefully there’s a better checkout experience thank you.
Dr. Wykoff has been a doctor that confirm his commitment and I can say God truly is in his care. I thank God for him he have that caring beside display. I could feel his compassion and he talks you through everything he does. Not enough words can extend my thanks Dr. WYKOFF for your services starting in the medical center. Great and amazing experience from front office personnel, Nurses , Doctor assistant and for sure doctor Shaw that explains finding and treatment .in great and understandable details . Injection to the eye as scary as it sounds . I’ve not felt anything and asked doctor Shaw if he finished.. it. Was quick and no issues whatsoever. Highly recommend!!!
They gave brochures to a legally blind person to read; wrote inaccurate summaries of my visit- perhaps to milk the insurance? Falsified medical facts/record whether by mistake(s) or intention.. and then refused to correct themselves, claiming that I "reported" such "facts" to their "tech worker"...even after they were given documents to the contrary! Lol. First time might be a mistake; refusing to correct it becomes an idiotic professional decision. Definitely not recommended for people with low insurance, high co-pay, or Me... read more
