My son and I had an excellent experience at Retinal Consultants in Beaumont, Texas. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with kindness, patience, and professionalism. The entire staff made us feel welcomed and genuinely cared for. I especially want to recognize Quintella at the front desk, who truly went out of her way for us. Dr. Pearce and staff are excellent. My vision has greatly improved under his care.
The receptionist at Dr. Pierce’s office is awesome. Her name is Quintella. She’s patient she’s kind she’s also soft spoken and she understand the need of the patience.
Dr. Pierce and all of his staff were outstanding. They explained all the test and procedures and made my husband and I very comfortable and well informed. And check in with Quentella was seamless and quick!
The staff is always friendly, helpful & welcoming. Quentilla is the best! I am new to the Retina Consultants of Texas. Dr Pearce & his staff are very conscientious & compassionate in their care. D. Williams
