-Dr. Chin was aggressive when examining my eye. He put a great deal of pressure on my eye socket to the point his fingernail dug into my skin and I felt it through his gloves. -He mostly talked to my partner instead of me for a good part of the appointment. -He was not able to accommodate my weight for the operating table (which is fine, I get it, no worries there) but he kept repeating it over and over even though I verbally indicated I understood, and his office offered no assistance with helping call around, subjecting me... read more
Dr Eric Chin is an amazing Opthomologist. However, his staff failed to be upfront about costs for imagine scans. So I got a surprise bill in the mail. Called the office and they didn't care we got a surprise bill, didn't care we won't be coming back to them, and was told there is no way to opt out of the scans.

I had to have laser surgery done on a retinal tear. Diagnosis and treatment happened all in the same day so it was a bit overwhelming to process mentally. The fact that Dr. Carlson fit me into his schedule at the last minute request by my doctor, was impressive. Dr. Carlson is an awesome doctor with skill, knowledge, and great "bedside manner".
