Doctor Echegaray did a great job and I feel comfortable with him. The office staff is very efficient and very cordial.
I got a call during early in the morning on a weekend to reschedule my appointment time. Doctor was good and the young lady, Anais, that scheduled my appointment and checked me in was great. She was going to also help me checking out since check out was empty and manager was on her phone in the back. All good until this other employee arrives suddenly from behind me, cutting us off to get the papers saying that she would help me instead. That was rude and showed a lack of commitment and organization from that other employee…
Dr E is great and working for him was great. However, wish I could say the same regarding the leadership and management. They seem professional and friendly in front of patients but to the employees, not always; not necessarily. Calls for help go ignored or used against you, the rule is “do as I tell you not as I do”, obvious preference, hypocrisy and so much more… the practice could thrive in excellence with a better, more understanding and receptive manager and leadership.
