I'm treated politely and with respect by everyone on staff and I appreciate their expediency.
Everyone was wonderful. They explained in detail each step throughout the appointment. This created a safe, calm envionment. I left knowing exactly what was done and what my followup care entailed. I highly recommended RCM.
I was really impressed with all of the staff and how smooth their operation is at the clinic.
I have but one eye. My healthy eye needed emergency care twice. The care was immediate and successful. Retina Consultants is proactive in follow ups --continuing care is important to this clinic. The entire staff has an empathetic and very caring attitude towards seniors.
