Friendly, professional, and thorough. The staff from receptionist team to the technicians to the physician were polite and professional and addressed my concerns. Dr Matthew Benz was very deliberate and accurate with the diagnosis of my vision condition. He showed personal attention and explanation with the expected results of my corrected vision. I left the appointment very comfortable and confident with my vision results.

From the moment I walked in to the moment I checked out EVERYONE was amazing. The front desk young woman was great. I love they have the option to pay at the ipad you're registration at. I also had the best experience, outstanding customer service, and felt genuinely heard when I was with Angelica in the first room after signing in. She asked all the questions and explained why certain questions were being ask. She also explained the entire visit and what to expect. Dr Benz is an excellent retinal surgeon and specialist. He saved my eyesight with urgent surgery following a severe retinal detachment during COVID. The staff is always kind and courteous and as accommodating as they can be. Thank you to all. D Nemec, MD
