I made an appointment as a new client, drove over an hour to the Easton office, arrived on time, and upon arrive was told that it would be 45 minutes to see the doctor. There were signs posted in the reception stating that patients could expect their appointments to take 2 to 3 hours. I was then informed that this is an "emergency add-on facility."
