Great staff! They truly care about you and take their time. Amazing front desk!
I got referred to this place and was seen by Dr. Alfaro. He didn’t even spend much time looking at my eyes at all. Told me to come back in a month to “see if my issues are still there”. I am not wasting my time and insurance for someone who won’t take my eye concerns seriously. He spent more time asking about my job and not even focusing or listening to my health concerns. The physician/owner should refrain from harassing people in the parking lot while trying to impress his medical student. It is unnecessary and unwarranted.
This place doesn’t even deserve a star. From the time I was called back it was obvious that this place just herds people through. I was given dilating drops and then ushered into a 2nd waiting room with bright lights. Then I was taken to get a few pictures of my eyes and the ushered back to the waiting room. When I was finally put into the room to wait for the doctor— bright lights still on—I waited for a long time. Dr Alfaro is Great! Very nice, and knowledgeable of his profession! I would highly recommend him to anyone who is in need of retina treatment and/or anything else that he may treat!
