This place doesn’t even deserve a star. From the time I was called back it was obvious that this place just herds people through. I was given dilating drops and then ushered into a 2nd waiting room with bright lights. Then I was taken to get a few pictures of my eyes and the ushered back to the waiting room. When I was finally put into the room to wait for the doctor— bright lights still on—I waited for a long time. Dr Alfaro is Great! Very nice, and knowledgeable of his profession! I would highly recommend him to anyone who is in need of retina treatment and/or anything else that he may treat!
Really a wonderful facility and team! Was well prepared for what to expect when I booked the appointment. Technicians were friendly and professional, eager to share test results and answer questions.
If you value your time at all, don’t go to this office. You’ll waste half hour day trying to be seen because they book way too many people during every time slot for each doctor. Walked out after waiting an hour and a half without being seen. Apparently the doctor is the only one whose time is valuable.
