I was originally scheduled to be seen in Providence but was rescheduled to the North Kingstown office, which added more than an hour of driving for me. After arriving, I was checked in, had my eyes dilated, and waited about 30 minutes, only to be told that the laser needed for my procedure couldn't be used because it had a "broken bulb."
