I goofed up and arrived a day early. Despite my mistake they graciously made a spot for my visit. This is the second time at the office. Both times my was in for my visit at the scheduled time and not 15 minutes later. The entire staff has been very professional and friendly. Dr Vallar has a great bed side manner and felt completely relaxed at both visits
