I’ve had the pleasure of routinely using Dr Chen at Retina Consultants of Texas for nearly 2 years. He is highly competent, caring, informative and pleasant. He has several outstanding assistants such as Selena who manage to stay one step ahead of him. They too are very well qualified! Also, I have always received a warm professional reception from Chima upon arrival. This team is THE TEAM!!!
My mom accidentally went to the wrong location, but the front desk staff member, Jerierika, handled the situation exceptionally well. She was extremely helpful and quickly arranged for my mom to see another doctor, so we didn’t have to drive an hour to a different location. She was very professional. The other staff members and nurses were also very friendly and professional. It was our first time seeing Dr. Patel, and he was very kind and patient in listening to all of our concerns.
Great Drs. Office. My Mom got an infection from her operation on her eye on 3/5. They squeezed her in knowing the situation and made a little old lady very happy that her eye had a chance to get better.
Thank you Retina Consultants of Texas. I was visiting on business from California when I experienced a posterior vitreous detachment (PVD). The took me in right away and the staff was extremely professional. My only issue was when Dr. Wong was physically looking at me retina it felt like he was digging my eye out with a spoon. Doctor did good work. Telling me how much it was going to cost was a complete lie. The bill and amount paid were wrong and the billing department was unhelpful.
