Needed and got immediate care. Staff was pleasant and efficient. Doctor was thorough and explained everything. Can't ask for more than that.
I had a very disappointing experience with Retina Center of New Jersey. I received more than nine injections in my eye to reduce fluid, yet my condition is now worse than before. At every visit, the injection was performed before any real discussion about my condition. There was only one occasion where we actually reviewed my progress to consider adjusting the treatment, changing the medication, or exploring other options. The Essex Eye Center is efficient and thorough. Dr. Jackson did a comprehensive exam, answered all of my questions and made recommendations. I was so glad to have met him and highly recommend him. He is very knowledgeable and has a warm personality.
