Professional, courteous and efficient care.
The practice is professional and staff is quite courtious. I was guided well throughout the imaging process and Dr. Mallick was very helpful. One very IMPORTANT thing I was not warned about is that I should avoid driving after they applied pupil dilation drops. I recall every single thing that the staff told me because I am not too big on small talk and care about the details. Everyone made me feel so comfortable. I can be there for hours and feel comfortable and no anxiety because everyone is so professional so sweet so kind I’m glad my choice was retina. I would definitely keep going there and advise anybody to go there, you won’t regret it.
They are all friendly and helpful 😊 and pretty quick processing paperwork .
