Worst experience. I take my mom to Houston for WMD treatment. She’s been going for years now. We switched to Bryan to try to make it easier and it was a huge mistake. They make her walk 100 yards to a treatment room past about 20 doors. She’s 81 and I fail to see why the room should be at the far end of the building. Also the woman at the front desk is the rudest office staff I’ve experienced in my life. She’s a mask nazi and she loves to yell at patients about it. Mask? I’d worn a gorilla suit if it was required to be seen. My eye doctor diagnosed me with a torn retina on Christmas Eve evening. He immediately contacted Dr. Kuhl who had me come to his office early Thursday morning and l had surgery about 6:30pm that evening. All his staff was very friendly and positive, and Dr. Kuhl more than lived up to his name, he was outgoing, funny, and exuded a confidence that was both comforting and reassuring. Surgery went well with a good prognosis. Dr. Kuhl is definitely COOL!
front desk is ridiculously rude. dr and ot techs are very nice, amazing people, and the techs were very chill and had great personalities. i was referred to the retina center because i have been having issues that my regular eye doctor wasn’t sure of, and the few times i have been there or been on the phone i have dealt with a very rude woman that works the front desk. the day i went in to show my referral, to set up my appointment, i was met with one of the ladies, and she laughed directly in front of me with a coworker, an... read more
Didn't we learn anything sheeple? The research is in, wearing your cheap paper mask doesn't prevent or help anything! Making folks wear them is ridiculous... I refuse to play the game!
Masks are required to enter this establishment. Even Scott and White stopped that awhile back.
