Even though I am happy with Dr. Wares performance. The wait time is horrible. Appointment was at 12:45... Took them a hour just to call him back! Now it has been 2 hours later and my husband is still not done. Tired and I wanna go home...which is a 2 1/2 hour drive away...I would think when patients travel that distance they would try to be more timely. I am not the only one that feels this way.
89 year old mother in law waiting 2 hours and not even in a room yet. NOT OK
They are unreliable and inconsistent we are just another number to them they do so many people per day that they won't do a good job explaing your problem and they themselves probably don't understand what you may have since they are seeing 5 other patients at the same time I guess that's why the switch doctors so much they are just doing way too many patients and if I could I would leave no stars. be careful
