The phone system is horrible. The message says please hold for the next assistant. It continues on that loop for 15+ minutes. I then called at 0830 and got the message that office hours are from 8-…. No way to leave a message. I FINALLY got an assistant after 11:23 minutes of unrelenting messages to be treated rudely. I had to cancel an upcoming appointment and was told the next available time was 10 October. Oh my word! For ophthalmology specialists - I recommend the surgeons review their phone answering service. HORRIBLE!
Dr Glaser is very nice and caring. I'm glad I was referred to him.
The doctors are friendly and have been adequate but I would not go to them if I had the choice because their support staff is horrid. My significant other is 23 and her retina detached from her left eye suddenly and she could no longer see out of it. After seeing a regular optometrist, he made it very clear that she needed to have surgery immediately so that she didn't lose her vision permanently.
