I went to Dr. Watt of Retinassociates for an introcular needle procedure for wet macular degeneration. I was unaware what the procedure entailed but, each step of the process was thoroughly explained to me. Trevor, the technician, got me started and was pleasant and polite. As usual, my entire Retina Associates visit was outstanding! Dr. Watt runs a tight ship. His crew is well-trained, professional, and extremely courteous. And they look happy! They know they're doing a great job. Never before had I been to a medical facility where a technician comes to the waiting room to pleasantly greet you and almost immediately take you back to the rooms where your eyes are treated.
