Very professional
This place is amazing. The staff actually care about you and go out of their way to make you comfortable and keep you informed. I feel like they save my life when they help preserve my vision. They are all amazing individuals.
This trip, everyone worked well and quickly and the doctor arrived in minutes after all the drops, measurements, etc. were completed. Our one hour drive each way was good without the extra one or more hours usually added through long waits. The staff and doctor are always professional and helpful but the steady moving along without long waits was pure lagniappe!
I am phobic about needles and the idea of having a needle poked in my eye was terrifying. The staff was understanding and explained the procedure and assured me my eye would be completely numb. Great treatment by all the staff with which I had contact!
