I assume the doctors are talented in their work. They are not talented in keeping appointment times. I have yet to bring my daughter here and it be less than a 4 freaking hour visit. Today our appointment was 2:45 but it is now 4:30 and still have not seen the doctor. It’s about time you guys get your shit together. The freaking VA has NEVER made me wait this damn long.
RecommendedWe live in Champaign, Il, and had just arrived in Little Rock for a quick weekend. It was 4:45 on Friday evening. My husband called in & told them his symptoms. It didn’t matter that it was almost 5 o’clock, they said, “Do not go to your daughters house, do not pass go, do not collect $200. Come straight here! Every one there is awesome, I feel positive about my eye-site coming back.
I have been a patient of Dr. Ware's for approximately 8 years. I have experienced nothing but exceptional professional courtesy and care. There have been times when I have been in the clinic for up to three hours, but I will not complain. When I am with Dr. Ware, he never fails to take time to answer any quesitons that I have, and explain my progress or lack there of completely. I receive injections upon every visit. They called me to schedule surgery for 10 AM but said get here early... got here at 9 and it’s currently 3 pm and we are still in pre op .. my dad (patient) is diabetic and hasn’t ate since yesterday
Professional and courteous. I have been a patient there for 10 years I was a patient of Dr. Landers until he retired and now Doctor Zocchi. I have seen all of the doctors at least once and all of their staff is courteous and professional. Highly recommended
Arrived at 8:00 for an 8:40 appointment. It is now almost 10:00 - still haven seen the doctor. I was told there are 10 patients ahead of me. 1. What clinic in their right mind schedules patients that close together to cause a 2 hour wait first thing in the morning? 2. Do you have so many patients that my time isn’t as valuable as yours? 3. The wait time is unacceptable.
