This review is for Retina Associates in Rochester NY. I just noticed Google had me at the wrong location..... I have recently been seen at Retina Associates for a inflamed optic nerve and large floaters after cataract surgery in my right eye at a different practice. I honestly can not say enough good about every single person at Retina Associates. Every person from the receptionists to the technician were very friendly. Everyone I encountered working at this office on July 14th were exceptional at their individual positions. Dr. Sood thoroughly examined my eye. He fully communicated my diagnosis, risks, and treatment. He gave me the option to make a follow-up appointment or to receive treatment while I was there. I chose the latter. He put me at ease for the procedure. It was over in minutes as he told me it would be. There have been no surprises due to Dr. Sood's information. I am still healing. I highly recommend Dr. Sood and this team.
