From the moment I walk through the door, everyone is very helpful and friendly. They all treated me with much much care and helping me through each visit. You are all Great!
First of all, it's not "Georgia" (that's my wife); it's Norman Fertig. Next, I'm pleased to state that the staff and physicians at Logan, Utah branch of Retinal Associates are thoroughly professional, caring, and well-trained for what they do (which, in my case, is poking me in the eye with a sharp needle; which is slightly better than getting poked in the eye with a dry twig, I suppose, although I'd prefer they Pocatello or Pocahontas, to tell you the truth). The doctor and staff were very friendly and helpful. I was nervous about the procedure but was put at ease when everything was explained. I have been very pleased with the results.
The staff was kind and quick, and happy to explain everything that was going on.
