Very pleasant staff making it a good experience all around. Doctor Nordgren answered my questions so that I could understand what is going on with my sight. I felt comfortable with his answers and the approach for the future.
I came to the practice with an urgent issue that could have been serious. I had roughly 5 visits over 9 months. Dr. Jacoby and the rest of the staff were professional, friendly, and reassuring. It was easy to get appointments when I needed them. I was always confident that my issues were being addressed and I was receiving high quality care. I am almost sad that I no longer need the type of care they provide because the practice is so good.
