Retina Associates of Utah is the largest retina specialty practice in the Intermountain West. All of our doctors are board certified and have completed training at the finest eye centers in the country. Our goal is to provide our patients with the highest quality care in a comfortable, compassionate setting. Our expertise is in the treatment of diabetic retinopathy, macular degeneration, laser photocoagulation, complicated retinal detachments, severe trauma, ocular tumors, and uveitis.

Dr Howard is very caring and understands the needs of his patients. He is very knowledgeable and compassionate. I have never felt rushed. Staff is very kind.
Dr Nordgren and his staff have always been very kind and professional. He makes his patients as comfortable as possible during procedures which is very much appreciated.
I have to say, that my experience with the folks working here are the absolute best and professionally friendly I've ever met. Dr nordgren saved my eye and saved my life. I was beyond distraught. I didn't know what was going on with my eye and had already seen 4 other eye doctors and eye specialists before coming here. He was on top of it and figured out the issue. I had a rare infection for the zoster virus which caused panuveitis and retinal necrosis.
