An eye infection is never pleasant, but Dr. Jacoby, makes it as gentle, as it possibly can be.
I had difficulty getting a referral lined out ahead of time for Retina associates, but once that was handled, the administrative assistants were very, very diligent about getting me lined out with an appointment. We conditionally made one in SLC, but then this good woman phoned me back, and said, I have a better option for you. The Doctor is working in Layton, Monday, 6 October, and we can schedule you there. I've been seeing my retinologist here for a number of years now.
They were able to work me in last minute. They were thorough, knowledgeable and very friendly. I was able to get the help I needed to prevent further problems.
Total satisfaction. Staff are courteous and helpful. They keep you informed as to wait time and process. Dr.Winward is amazing, caring and thorough. He performed surgery on my eye two years ago and the other one is in need now. Total trust in him and appreciate his knowledge and expertise. Recommend without reservation.
