I encountered an issue with my eye while vacationing in St. George. I called their office on a Saturday morning and received a call back within minutes. I was seen in their office a few hours later. Everyone was amazing – friendly, efficient, and caring. Dr. Carlson quickly diagnosed my issue and made recommendations for follow-up care. Wendy and McKenzie were also fantastic. I couldn’t have been more pleased with my experience.

I had/have a complicated case of a detached retina and Dr. Lord and Dr. Carlson and their staff are the best doctors and staff employees I have encountered in the medical field. They all go out of their way to ensure you get the care and help you need. I am amazed at the things they did to help me and make sure everything was ok, from the care itself to the paperwork for insurance/VA. Thanks for everything you guys do!

Dr lord was not very informative. Was not asked if I had any questions on his diagnosis. I had the feeling of being rushed thru like I was at McDonald's. He was having me look at the computer screen after shining the light in my eyes and trying to tell me what a normal eye looked like and mine. I didn't have my contacts in and im still seeing bright spots from the light being in my eyes. I will never go back there or recommend. I'd give 0 stars if I could.
