I was recently in with my wife for her appointment to see Dr.Lord for floaters, me and my wife were very pleased with the doc and with his medical assistant Patricia. She was very welcoming, professional, kind, caring, and made my wife comfortable. They are all wonderful human beings!! I would recommend this office!
My husband has had two eye surgeries here now they fail to return the call after my husband's eye surgery did not take for the second time and been waiting a month for a call back and nobody is doing anything worse customer service patient service I have ever experienced
Retina Associates is a very professional organization. Both Dr Lord and Dr. Carlson and their staff, kami and Emily as well as their staff providing all the Imaging and eye exams have provided some of the best care i could have ever expected. They are extremely knowledgeable of the treatment they have provided to me. I would highly recommend them for eye related treatment in the St. George area. Don Crim
Two months ago this rating would have been 5 stars. My wife and I see Dr. Carlson and he has always been so very good to explain things to us, especially to me. The last several trips have changed! Lately he has been "sharp" with his remarks, offering "belittling" advice when ask about a vision issue, and especially makes every effort to "get in - get done - and get out" like he is trying to get my eye shot done in 5 minutes or less. I'm having a hard time deciding how many stars to give here because I've had both great experiences and very poor experiences as a customer at the Retina Associates of Southern Utah. The Good: I experienced signs of a detached retina on a Saturday and when I called in, they brought in a small team on the weekend to make sure I was taken care of and got the help that I needed.
