Unimpressed by the amount of time spent waiting beyond my appointment time. Obviously they way over schedule and we left without any answers
Expert care with helpful staff. I was referred to Retina Associates due to a tear in the retina of one eye. I received a next-day appointment where my situation was assessed and a repair performed same day. The doctor explained everything clearly and told me what to expect as I healed - and everything happened exactly as he predicted. My eye is fully healed and all is back to normal. Every one of the staff were friendly, helpful . And courteous.
Forever grateful for a Dr. and staff that stayed after hours for my emergency Retina surgery. A refreshing blend of technical competance and clear communication that made my procedure much more manageable. Happy to report the surgery went well and I am on my way to a full recovery.
