I was very nervous as this was my first time to a retina specialist, but everyone was so kind and Dr. Kaplan was wonderful and put me at ease.
The staff is very pleasant and Dr. Kleiner seems truly interested in his work and doesn't rush through the exam.
Everyone is polite, kind, understanding, explanatory, & efficient. Very nice experience.
The wait was long for my first visit but the staff is great and Dr. Kleiner is excellent.
