I was there for 2 hours before seen by Dr. Longest WAIT in my entire life of Dr visits then needed apt of pictures another HOUR !! My outcome for retina splitting is still up in air with no resolution after 6 months. I’m distraught at this point. This office IS THOROUGH THO & STAFF IS AWESOME My NEXT APPT STILL 2 HRS & did NOT need pics but waiting for injection APPROVED by my insurance & AFTER 3 messages got cb CONFIRMING AUTHORIZATION UNDER MEDICAL PART B $0COPAY BUUUUT after sitting in chair 45 MIN someone comes to REITE... read more
Loved Dr Kleiner. Very caring and obviously knowledgeable. The only drawback is….you better put at LEAST two hours in your schedule for about twenty minutes of actual service. There is an enormous amount of just sitting and waiting.
Office staff is very accommodating and helpful. Dr. KLEINER is the best, I am so fortunate to have him.
