The physicians at Retina Associates are outstanding. Over the course of a decade, they have corrected a retinal detachment, vitreous detachment and debilitating eye floater problem for me. . I’d go nowhere else for eye care. We are fortunate to have both Dr Javid and Dr Walsh right here in Tucson. When I had a billing issue, Dr Javid telephoned me at home to personally rectify the problem. That’s going above and beyond.
My appointments keep getting rescheduled 2 days before my scheduled appointment (that I've been waiting for months) . This has happened 3-4 times in a row. I get providers need time off however, this is a regular occurrence. Perhaps they should just say providers aren't available Fridays. This causes delay in patient care and is very unprofessional, it's a waste of time.
