I recently saw Dr Chia and had a really positive experience. She was very knowledgeable and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, which put my mind at ease. She was also kind, compassionate, and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. I never felt rushed and she took the time to answer all my questions. I’m very grateful for her care and would highly recommend her to anyone needing an eye specialist.

Worst reception staff ever! People with eye issues are impaired or sensitive and need utmost care. Asian lady with the garish nails and bleach blonde hair- Sally? Should never be working in health. Worst experience doing eye test with her in cramped room. And then when I went to collect a script barges out of nowhere saying I am not prescribed the medication only to be shown like a fool that the doctor did in fact prescribe it.
