Worst reception staff ever! People with eye issues are impaired or sensitive and need utmost care. Asian lady with the garish nails and bleach blonde hair- Sally? Should never be working in health. Worst experience doing eye test with her in cramped room. And then when I went to collect a script barges out of nowhere saying I am not prescribed the medication only to be shown like a fool that the doctor did in fact prescribe it. Dr. Marko Andric of Retina Associates performed a cataract surgery on my left eye yesterday, 8 July 2025 and Dr. Ivan Ho made a follow up appointment on me the next day. I noticed that my left eye now can see more clearer than before. I couldn’t see before with my left which is a bit cloudy if I close my right eye. I truly appreciate these 2 Eye Specialists and those nurses and staff at Campbelltown Hospital who made my eye surgery a great success. Dr. G Liew is who we have been seeing, and his been amazing. The stuff that we come across are so lovely and has been very informal. The place is small and can be a long wait, does have a small TV and free water dispenser, and there is a toilet for the long wait. Chairs aren't too bad, but it's suitable. Side note I say make it early. It gets busy in the afternoon.
I recommend Dr Jennifer Ip perfectly.
Ever since my first appointment back in Feb 2024, Dr Timothy Nolan has been nothing short of amazing. A professional yet very caring individual. I can’t recommend him highly enough.
