Dr. Cohen genuinely cares about his patients and that is few and far between now days.
I went in because my vision was beginning to have issues but was still correctable with lenses. My Dr. messed up my surgery and left me blind in my right eye. They then directed me to a different surgeon to fix their mess up and sent me a bill for making me blind. I have been trying to work with their billing department but they have made it clear that they do not care that they blinded me and want me to pay anyways because "they did a surgery" So beware if you are a patient. Absolute lack of regard for people's schedule. My father needed someone to be present to drive him home after receiving a shot in his eye. His appointment was at 10 am. Still waiting for his shot and it's almost 12:15 pm. Appears they need to learn how to schedule efficiently because this is an absolute joke. Stop wasting people's time and learn to call out and reschedule
