The whole processed is rushed, you get moved from room to room driven by people that don't listen to you and probably don't care about the patients. Certainly qualified doctors that don't spend more than 5-10min with you at the end of the process. Process didn't work for me and I had to visit a different practice to get my cataract diagnosed.
My father visited the Retina and Vitreous Centre today and was seen by Dr. Kang, who was kind, professional, and provided excellent care which we are very grateful for that. The 5-star rating is solely for Dr. Kang’s excellent care but the optometrist’s attitude was a genuine 0. However, the experience prior to seeing the doctor was quite upsetting. Excellent friendly staff and very professional would definitely recommend.
Well-organised clinic, friendly and helpful reception, Dr Mark Gorbatov was fantastic, highly recommended.
