We only dealt with rethink finance - with a Moshi. Pretty poor overall experience and out of several finance brokers we enquired with, this was probably the worst. Lacking communication, constantly had to chase up on where things were at, very slow and don't hear back for long periods unless you chase up. Poor online portal system that was buggy and slow as well with filling in answers to their questionaire. Started my search for a commercial property with Alex the rethink team in sydney, after a while we made the decision to start searching in the NZ market.
